This is a typical exterior shell repair. The fish scale shingles on this Mercer Island residence on the exposed south facing elevation after 40 years were damaged and cupped. Shearer Painting replaced with new shingles sourced to match existing; where ever possible existing shingles were re-used.
The adjoining top railing was rebuilt to match existing.
