Exterior House painting project in the Inverness neighborhood in Seattle, Washington. This residence had not been painted in 15 years. The existing paint coating showed significant deterioration on the south elevation and all fascia and trim. The north elevation and ground level surfaces had considerable mildew growth on the paint. The paint selected for the project was C2 satin & semi-gloss from Daly’s Paint on Stoneway in Wallingford. Paint colors selected by Robin Daly.
